What Do I Need to Have at the Time of Collection?
- Vehicle keys
- Registration Doc (VC5)
- Wheel Locking Nut (if your vehicle has alloy wheels)
- Another other paperwork you have for the vehicle

How do I Receive Payment?
You will receive payment via bank transfer which will clear before we take the car.

How Long Does it Take to Remove my Vehicle?
The process is usually very quick. 5-10 minutes for us to load your vehicle onto our recovery truck. (However, it can be longer depending on the location of your vehicle)

Do I Need to be Present for Collection?
The registered keeper of the car doesn't have to be present. As long as someone is available to meet the driver to hand over the keys and paperwork.

Do I Have to Have the Keys for the Vehicle?
No. We can still collect the vehicle but please let us know before collection that you do not have the keys and of any obstructions which may make it difficult loading the vehicle onto our recovery truck.

What if I Don't Have a Log Book/VC5/Registration Doc?
It's not a problem, we can still collect the vehicle as long as you can prove that you are the owner of the vehicle.

Do I Have to Prepare the Vehicle Before Collection?
No. Just make sure to remove all personal items and have the keys and paperwork ready.

Do I Need to Contact the DVLA?
No. We will contact them on your behalf and take care of all the paperwork.

Is the Quoted Price Guaranteed?
Yes, all prices are guaranteed subject to vehicle condition. All vehicles must have an original catalytic convertor unless stated before the quote.
